1. How do I get a password ?
Just make up a username and password. The system will accept it, as long as the username is unique. (If you get the message "Password incorrect", chances are that someone else is using that username already !)

2. I logged in yesterday with the name , but now it won't accept my password anymore !
From time to time, we delete all usernames from our database. It seems that right after this happened, someone else logged in using your name. Just log in with another name to play.

3. My score doesn't get saved !
Certain internet connections seem to be unstable from time to time. As not all of our software supports reconnecting yet, your score might be lost. We are working on a solution for this problem. Until that time, we apologise for the inconvenience.

4. The game doesn't work !
Try reloading the page again. If that fails, contact us and give as much information about the problem as possible.

5. Game hangs on "Validating Password"
Contact us, and tell us which game is not responding.
